In today’s rapidly evolving global landscape, where technology and competition are reshaping economies, VIA aims to preserve and promote the  community’s tradition of ethical, spiritual, and entrepreneurial excellence, while building a united global platform.
Registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, VIA is committed to the principle of Antyodaya – empowering and serving the last person in society through collective strength and unwavering determination.

Who are Vaish:

(The Legacy of Prosperity, Peace, and Service)

The Vaish Samaj is one of the most respected and dynamic communities in India, with its roots stretching back to the Vedic age. Traditionally known for their roles as traders, agriculturists, and entrepreneurs, the Vaish  community has been instrumental in shaping India’s economy, society, culture, and politics. From establishing schools and hospitals to building industries and charitable institutions, their contributions have fueled the nation’s growth and upliftment.

This legacy of service and enterprise traces back to Maharaja Agrasen, a visionary king born over 5,000 years ago in Pratap nagar. He was not just a ruler but a reformer who rejected violence, upheld the principles of Ahimsa (non-violence), and promoted equality and economic independence. With the blessings of Goddess Mahalakshmi, he founded Agroha, a prosperous kingdom rooted in trade, harmony, and social justice. His historic division of the kingdom into 18 gotras laid the foundation of the Aggarwal community, symbolizing unity in diversity.

Maharaja Agrasen’s legacy continued through countless generations who carried his values across Bharat, even in times of invasion and hardship. Great personalities such as Mahatma Gandhi, Chanakya, Lala Lajpat Rai, G.D. Birla, and Dr. Vikram Sarabhai emerged from this heritage, upholding the ideals of service, ethics, and national upliftment.

Today, the Vaish Samaj stands tall as a pillar of Indian heritage, echoing Agrasen’s timeless message of unity, compassion, dignity, and selfless service to society.
